A Shreveport, LA native, deeply rooted with Southern & Cajun cuisine influences, Chef Ty is culinary trained and has 15+ years of experience.

As Executive Chef, he’s opened a variety of restaurants in the DFW Metroplex (Buttons, Pappadeaux, Pier 247, Full Circle Restaurant, Hard Rock Cafe, Bocce Italian Restaurant, etc.) and is currently the Executive Chef of our company.

The many days in his Grandma’s kitchen are reflected in every dish.  His passion for creating dishes and his ability to merge exquisite flavor with a delectable presentation always has our clients continuously wanting more!
